Is it Saturday already?

Once again it is time for you guys to find out something about me you probably would not want to ever know thanks to Sexy Saturday...

Do you shave, trim, wax, or practice any other kind of hair removal 'down there'? Have you ever done it just because a partner asked you to? If you haven't, would you try it?

Of course I do, and any man who doesn't is either afraid something might fall off while working down there or is already hairless (doubtful). Most guys like it when their female counterpart shaves south of the border, why not do it for them as well. Anyways less hair creates more sensation for both parties.

I usually trim things up down there and shave some other things up. I doubt I could take waxing. I didn't start doing it because someone asked me to. I think I was watching some sex show on cable and they mentioned it. I have been shaping the forest around my manhood ever since high school.

My ass is thanking me already...

So what if I did shell out $800?!?

I want to run through the halls of my high school

Time for another Friday Five!

1. Are you going to school this year?
Yep

2. If yes, where are you going (high school, college, etc.)? If no, when did you graduate?
I am working on my Masters in Educational Psychology at Georgia State University.

3. What are/were your favorite school subjects?
Well my particular focus is on Cognitive Aging. Back in high school it was probably band class.

4. What are/were your least favorite school subjects?
Pottery class...never actual had the class but I know I would hate it. In high school it definitely was the science classes. I was actually really good at science I just hated the classes cause we progressed as such a snails pace in high school.

5. Have you ever had a favorite teacher? Why was he/she a favorite?
I think that would be Mrs. Jenkins who was my middle school band teacher. She was my favorite just cause she was very supportive of me learning to play the saxophone.

Time for a little on site math while I trying to figure out what to do with money I don't have right now. I have been consumed with the idea of getting an Aeron Chair (size C) to replace my crappy "leather" chair my parents got me from Costco. Especially since the idea of eventually writing a thesis in an uncomfortable chair doesn't really appeal to me. So tell me what I should do.

Aeron Chair at Sam Flax:
Unit (size C) with Posturefit system: $749
Add 7% sales tax: $749 x 1.07
Total unit price: $801.43

Aeron Chair on eBay:
Most respectable items (size C): $600
Add shipping: $75
Add insurance $20
Posturefit system seperately: $90
Total unit price: $785

Although the unit online is slightly cheaper, I would have to wait on it as well as not be totally sure about its quality. The choice is a tough one...either way I am on my way to total office comfort.

First Day Of School!

I know it might sound like I am on crack but I like the fact that it is the first day of school again. Maybe it is a good thing to be like that cause I am sure I will have at least 5 more years ahead of me. You really have to enjoy the simple things in life sometimes. Like Watermelon Jelly Beans. I mean I have been eating these things since I can even start to remember. I mean there is just a simple delight when you bit into one and see the red center of a green bean. I sure hope that classes this semester won't be hell.

My first Sexy Saturday Post!

Barely even Sexy Saturday still.... (word to the wise, if you don't want to know about my sexuality....then don't read anymore)

What is your favourite warm-weather sexual activity? Outdoor sex or something more exotic?

I would probably say it would have to be Swimming Pool or some sort of Aquatic sexual activity. I mean you always have to have a set of scuba gear if you want to diving for the allusive bearded-clam. But let face it....sex in water is like a completely different experience than what you get on dry land. If only we could anti-gravity sex....that would be cool, but I bet you would need protective head gear.

I want a new phone too...

Looks like someone likes their new phone a lot...only because I told her all about it.

Not Friday Anymore

Belated Friday Five Action!

1. When was the last time you laughed?
Just less than an hour ago watching that dancing and singing fool Richard Gere in Chicago. I don't know what it is about him, but he just looks silly tap dancing.

2. Who was the last person you had an argument with?
I am guessing is probably someone from work. But since I am the boss, they have to listen to me or I fire there ass. Well I am not really like that...

3. Who was the last person you emailed?
It was probably Ian Turner. I was correcting on the when LaPrade's was still open for dinner and lunch. It will close soon for Tricord Capital to develop the land into pretentious cottages and tennis courts. Can you tell I am pissed about this?

4. When was the last time you bathed?
I know it is the South, but I took at shower just last night. I have known other people round these parts to go longer.

5. What was the last thing you ate?
Hamburgers that I grilled myself. This time I put some Salsa Verde' on them and they turned out to be pretty good. Although I think my favorite is to put A! steak sause on them. It is like the poor man's steak dinner...since you can buy ground beef in bulk.

No time already...

It is sad sometimes when I get home after work and I still don't have time to do all the things I want to do. One of which is update the webpage. It is sad when you can't even spend 10 minutes ramblin' on about something that occurred in your life, or perhaps did not occur. This week's headache? The district manager came by our store and proceeded to rip us a new one. Actually he really didn't rip the entire store, just the manager Chris. I thought some of the blame would have come down on my shoulders since I am the assistant manager of the store, but it didn't. I really don't know what to think about that.

On one hand, I don't want the district manager cutting me slack cause I am young or giving Chris more crap cause he thinks he should do more. On the other hand, I enjoy not having my head on the chopping block. Chris got a warning for having a technician in the back who had not completed all his books. This is understandable cause the district manager did tell him to get him finished up before he was working on cars.

Here is my philosophy about the partnership that Chris and I share in the workplace. He and I both do the same jobs, I tend to do more of some stuff and than he does, and he of course does more in other areas. In any case, we aid each other. We are both managers, not a store manager and assistant. The district manager feels as though that 80% of the manager burden should be on Chris' shoulders. That is not how it works and is not going to work for us.

I am tired, I need sleep, tomorrow is my off day for the week. I wonder how in the hell I am gonna keep this up while taking two grad classes...

Where the hell were you this weekend P'body?

That is right folks...I took a long needed three day weekend away from work. I break from work was warranted before I went back to school. So where did I go you might ask. Well I went to Glen-Ella Springs Inn in not-so-sunny North Georgia. It was a wonderful relaxing time I got to spend with Hakeber up there. I definitely want to go back again. I will have pictures up from the trip sometime later this week, for now I have to put away all my dirty laundry. So play this game until I am back.

Website Update

So I went and stole some buttons for the site. Noticed lots of people had them on their sites and thought they looked cool. So I didn't want to fall behind the times. Thanks to RoninCyberPunk for the GT Blog button. Even though I have graduate from TECH, I still feel I belong there. Maybe at the end of the year I will redesign the site. i am just too lazy right now. Gotta get ready for school again this fall.

I feel pretty, oh so pretty...

Nothing like a good Friday Five after a day at the spa....

1. What's the last place you traveled to, outside your own home state/country?
I think that was Tallahasse, FL.

2. What's the most bizarre/unusual thing that's ever happened to you while traveling?
I ran into my parents who were traveling by themselves over in London, England at the orginal Hard Rock Cafe'.

3. If you could take off to anywhere, money and time being no object, where would you go?
The Moon....I have heard such great things about it. I really like the fact that it is made out of cheese too.

4. Do you prefer traveling by plane, train or car?
It really depends on the company. I really don't like driving when the passanger won't stay awake for the ride. I would love to travel by train though.

5. What's the next place on your list to visit?
Might take a weekend trip down to Callaway Gardens. Hakeber and I need some quality down time before school hits again.

August 7, 2003

Finally an off day....

So tomorrow I head to the spa for some treatments. I haven't had a day off from work in about 12 days. Some I am brushing up on my spa etiquette before I go in. Did I mention this is my first time ever in a spa? Kinda scary actually. Don't know if I am gonna go commando in my robe or not. Big decision. In any case I am spending a day for myself. I need some relaxation after working for such a long time. Thanks Dave for making Chris and I work some insane hours...by the way, you are working Sunday.

Blogging ins and outs

There are two things I have figured out since getting into the whole E/N scene and eventually the blogging community (E/N died like 2 years ago):

1. Everybody knows everything about you from your weblog.
2. You know nothing about anybody else if they don't have a weblog.

It is really sad when you think about. My life revolves around the computer so much that if any of my friends are not online like me, I will probably never talk to them. I will run into a old friend once in a while and they will say something to the effect of, "I was Tramp Bear too!" or "I was Sir Lancelot too!" or even "I didn't know you just had a birthday". Then it takes a second for me to remember when I posted about that (because I can't remember my own birthday sometimes).

Then I go to ask them what is up in their lives and the usual blurb of "nothing" comes dripping out of their mouths. You mean to tell me for the past few months of not seeing you, you have just experienced nothingness. It takes Buddhist monks a lifetime to experience that and you have been doing it for the period since our last encounter. Bullshit! This is a reason I keep a weblog in the first place. Even though nothing really happens, you can still talk about nothing. Isn't that what made Seinfield famous?

And for these reasons I want everyone out there to start their own weblog/journal. It will make you more of a complete person, increase you ability to type and speak well, and when it comes time to conversate with one of your fellow bloggers....you will have something to talk about. Worried that your site will look dumb because you are the only one talking on there...invite a friend to double the fun. Need help starting one...I can help (for a small fee). Just start one so that I can read about your life, because you sure as hell can't talk about it well.

Go Joe!

I remember the educational part at the end of every G.I. Joe cartoon, but I don't remember them being like this...

August 3, 2003

Congratulations Jon and Lisa Sims!

I think I should have brought my camera. It was a nice wedding and Jon and Lisa had. The wedding and reception were held at the Chateau Elan. The most fun I had was seeing all the old friends I had back in college. It is rare that I get to see anyone from when I graduated. I even got to see some people whom I didn't like. Even got to sit at the same table and even right next to them. That was the maid of honor's fault I believe.

It was a great wedding though. When the best man's speech started to drag on I porued water all over my Super Khakis. Then everyone around started to pour stuff all my pants. Groom's cake was a cool replica of the Ramblin' Wreck. It definitely was a TECH wedding.

The whole time I was there it got me thinking at my wedding. Although I know I would have little part in the planning, still got me to designing. I have always said I would love to have my wedding under a waterfall in Hawaii. It also got me to thinking of all the people I would invite. Would I want a small wedding of close family and friends? Would I want to invite everyone I have ever made contact with ever?

I think I have done too much thinking for the weekend so far...

August 1, 2003

I gots paid today...

Bout time for another Friday Five I say....

1. What time do you wake up on weekday mornings?
Usually between six and seven in the morning. Depending on when I have to go into work.

2. Do you sleep in on the weekends? How late?
Only when I have the weekend off do I sleep in. Most of the time I am up between 6 and seven in the morning. Notice a trend?

3. Aside from waking up, what is the first thing you do in the morning?
Take a shower...can't be stinky and go to work.

4. How long does it take to get ready for your day?
I have got it timed down to around 30 minutes. But I have been known to get ready in much less time than that.

5. When possible, what is your favorite place to go for breakfast?
If possible, I would go to the Orginial Pancake House off of Cheshire Bridge Rd. Use to go there as a kid and the place still looks the same.
