What lesser-known Simpsons character are you?
Brought to you by the good folks at sacwriters.com.

What cartoon dog are you?

Hmmmm....who would have thought that. I never would have thought I would have both been Disco Stu and Mr. Peabody. duh!

....been a while

Today I cleaned the apartment. Yeah, that was the excitement for today.

I feel like "Daysleeper" by REM. I have been out of touch from reality for such a long time. All it seems I do anymore is go to work, go to school, and then sleep the hours in between. This can't be my existence. I had the weekend off from work but I still feel tired. Yesterday I went to the TECH game and played in the alumni band. I don't know why I played...I didn't know anyone there. Most of the people in the band were in their 30s or older. Some even were in their 60s and 70s. I felt out of place. I dragged Hakeber along with so I least knew someone but she was just as uncomfortable. I doubt I will do it again unless more of the people I know did it with me.

I feel like "This Women's Work" by Maxwell. I don't know what days I work this week cause I forgot to get a schedule from work. I am pretty sure I work tomorrow, just not the rest of the week. All I know is that I will be working more hours than I really want to be working. When it gets late at NTB, we sometimes just sit there waiting for a car to come in for service. When I say wait, I mean like over an hour mostly. I want to go part time. I need to go part time.

I feel like "Climb" by Mos Def. I often wonder my place in this world. You know...the all too common questions everyone asks themselves once in their life. "What does it all mean?" "What is my purpose in life?" "Is there more in life for me?" Everyone thinks those thoughts at least once in their life. Often it doesn't happen until middle age, but it seems to have hit me now. Especially with all this crazy shit in the world that has been happening. I actually think Coolio said it best when he said, "I am 23 now, will I live to see 24? The way things are goin', I don't know."

Life is music; go out and find your own rhythm.

I wish them made Smore Schnapps

I finally got around to updating the about me page on this site. It wasn't really out of date, I just chose to add a few things. I think I am obsessed with mint. The addiction starts with those Thin Mints the Girl Scouts are always putting out. You leave them in the freezer so they get nice and hard. It just makes the mints that much more crisp. I need to find a dealer around my apartment area though. The second evil is those new Oreo cookies that have mint in them. man those things are insanely good. Get a glass of milk and I am set. The last great mint evil is only one that should be enjoyed while under adult supervision. Take hot chocolate and then add Peppermint Schnapps (usually around 80 proof) to set it off. I could get drunk off those alone. I think I need to check into the Betty Ford clinic it is so bad. Oh well, I got to get back to hitting the books. I have a ton of school work due this week. In the mean time, try and guess the dictator or tv sitcom character when you have some free time.

Quizzes and other random stuff...

Friend Bear
You are everyone's ideal friend because you are sincere and genuinely kind. Sometimes you worry about your friends' problems so much, you forget about your own responsibilities, which can get you into trouble. For you, it's the little things that really count. You also happen to be the main driver of the Cloud Car. No speeding!

You are DILBERT...swept up in your surroundings, you, the average worker, just try to get along with it.
Which Dilbert character are you?

"We're holding on to what's golden..."

I can't even remember the last time I did a Friday Five...oh well, here we go again.

1. How many TVs do you have in your home?
Right now I have two TVs. One of which is mine and the other one is Hakeber's.

2. On average, how much TV do you watch in a week?
Well i think it is somewhere around 5 hours. Maybe a little more sometimes but I really don't watch that much TV. It is because I am either working or going to school.

3. Do you feel that television is bad for young children?
Of course not. I was raised on the TV. Of course I grew up during the hay-day of Saturday morning cartoons. The greatest cartoons occured during the 80s. Muppet Babies were the bomb!

4. What TV shows do you absolutely HAVE to watch, and if you miss them, you're heartbroken?
That is a tough one since I don't watch much TV. Right now I am just heartbroken cause the cable company turned off our connection (see previous post). So right now I am just pissed I don't have TV at all.

5. If you had the power to create your own television network, what would your line-up look like?
I would set up a cable movie network like Cinemax, but it would be called Skinamax. It would feature only B-rate T&A flix like this, this, and this. I doubt I would stay on the air for too long.

Life is a bummer sometimes...

My cable got cut off to the TV today. It wasn't because I had forgot to pay a bill or something....it was just that I was getting free cable from the company and they finally figured it out I guess. And the real bad thing was that I was forced to have to listen to my alma mater lose over internet radio. Today just really sucks and it doesn't look like this next week is going to be much more fun either. I have two tests and a midterm project due for my graduate classes. But I am not going to dwell on all of that. Wallace and Gromit are back in a few short films. I really enjoy a good claymation now and then. Check out the timeline of this family. I know I always hated family picture time, no wonder these people look so pissed after having their picture displayed online over time. I keep a copy of this next to the phone in case of emergencies. Oh yeah, and make that 5 out of 10 please. j/k Well, after I looked at all the people that have linked to this crappy little site and I didn't even know I now would like to thank each of you.

Plugz...
Blueshade - You are still fly in my book dude, thanks for the constant link.
Intermittent.org - Thanks for the props man, and I must say that I do like the whole girls kissing thing.
McHottieJo - Damn, that girl is such a hottie and I get to be the first smiley face on the second row, right-hand side. :)
Office Pool 64 - Hello, are you sure you have dialed the right number. Oh well, thanks for the link bud!

Paycheck, good.

The adoption insanity just continued today. Now I have a turtle on the page from cutie factory. Yeah, I know it seems girly, but I like turtles dammitt! Anyways, he looks cute next to Mr. Roboto (did I just say that?) So looks like Hakeber got to talkin about Sven before I got a chance to. I think this has to be the most addictive game I have played in a long while. Like at least a couple of hours. It works great if you have someone to compete against. The object of the game is to take Sven the little black sheep (pictured on the left side of the post) and help him sex up some hot little white sheep in the fields (also pictured with Sven). But be aware of the sheep dog and sheep herder, they will get you! The game is in German, and that makes it good. Oh great, more crazy kittens! Everyone check out all the illegal art that the world has brought us. I used to believe a lot of crazy things when I was young, now I just know even more.

Can you tell I work full time?

Yesterday I had the day off from work to catch up some homework I was neglecting. I have figured out that the last thing you want to be is behind in graduate school. Too bad that is where I am right now. I woke up early today thinking I might do some homework but the motivation just wasn't there. So I turned to the trusty PC for some entertainment. Everyone should adopt a robot cause they are cool and Styx was the greatest 80s band ever! Now it is time for a cyber cigarette break, and then after that I am gonna have a few blog mints (not really). Can you believe I totally missed out on the first issue of Nintendo Power? Want to get rid of all those pop ups? Then head over to the read Retnuh's tutorial. And now for a couple sites I like. Lesbian Train Wreck has that cool font that I like so much and it seems like everyone else has. The short, fat guy in the corner is too fat to give blood. It looks like Moby just has way too much time on his hands to blog that much. Oh yeah, the new Xiao Xiao Stick Man 9 is out. And you thought Bookworm was addictive.

October 5, 2002

WTF!?!?!?!

How in the hell can we lose to Wake? I mean it was like the team seemed to think that they were coming to gang bang cause they were all bent over ready to take it up the ass. I am just really pissed. I think I am gonna get more into GSU Athletics. I know they have a better basketball team than TECH does. The most resounding thing about watch TECH lose today was hearing the whole crowd "boo" when our first string QB went into the game. Everyone was cheering the second string QB cause he had actually put up a touchdown pass earlier in the game. So in order to get my mind off that game, I am gonna play some games on the Internet. The first stop is of course to Bookworm. Then maybe I will stop and watch some keyword do battle at the Googlefight. Sadly it looks like in a match between myself and Hakeber, it would be her that is victorious. Oh yeah, whatever you do.... don't click this link. I know I was blown away after seeing that the first time. Then I might test to see how long I can hold the button. I live a very simple life. Then I might see how far the puppy can really fly! Naw, forgot all that...I think I will just go out and drink with some friends and eat some brats. Cause we all know we are gonna die in like 6 years. "Eat, drink, and be merry...for tomorrow we'll die." -- DMB

October 1, 2002

Still here. :P

Well another month has come and gone and now I faced with the other month of birthdays. I say that because my dad's birthday is this friday and now one of my co-worker's is tomorrow. I am sure there is another person that I know that is having a birthday but I am just forgetting...I will have to check my calendar. I have a bunch of homework I should be doing right now, but I would rather be posting as you can see. Everyone should check out the new LOTR: Two Towers Trailer, it is too awesome to talk about. I can't wait for that movie to come out this winter. What the hell is up with Viking Kittens anyway? Is the "F-word" the most useful and versatile in the dictionary? Heck, words like wedgie and bling bling have made it into the newest additon of the Oxford Dictionary. More reasons showing America will be the global police if we go to war. I have read articles stating that Iraq could then become the 51st state. I mean this whole thing is even hitting David Hassellhof pretty hard.
