Small guide on Cows

So here is a small post that really has no relevance other than it is funny. I got this as one of the SPAM emails you get from a random person. Anyway, I thought it was funny and I really didn't have much time for a nice large post with good content, so this is what you get. Enjoy...

I am a very bad boy...

I didn't have a weekend. When I came back from Syracuse, I spent too much time on the bus to even get any rest. When you spend 18 hours on a bus, you can never really settle down. But I did have a wonderful time in NYC. It is one of those places where I think I could live after college. But then again, I also think I could live in Montana. While I was in New York, I did happen to see Blast. If you never heard of it, it is a musical based on DCI marching band styles. In any event, it was perhaps one of the best shows I have seen in a long time. Even if you aren't a band geek, you will appreciate this stuff. I mixed a lot of elements together in their show. Check out their webpage for when they might be in your town. I know I will probably see them again once they come to Atlanta. I must say that I was completely blown away by all the players' skills and everything. Everyone who performed must have played more than two instruments. A lot of the chicks in the group played an instrument and did some guard work as well. And of course, all of the girls just happened to be pleasing to the eye. I also finally saw American Pie 2 and I must say I was a little disappointed in it. It was more band geek friendly, but I don't think it was as funny as the first. Oh well, next of the list of movies is gonna have to be Jay and Silent Bob. Of course, I could have just picked up a bootleg copy of it in New York. They have all of your favorite movies there. Seemed like something out of Spaceballs.

On with the news...
Giant Waves May Endanger Atlantic. Right now all surfers around the world are making their way to the Florida coastline with the promise of 70-foot high waves in the near future. But hell, what else is new right? Read more here.

Sharks Keep Fla. Beach Closed. Well let's see here, sharks and giant waves? Alright now this is getting to be a little too much. And they all said California was gonna drop off into the ocean by now. Read more here.

And if you haven't heard yet, singer and actress Aaliyah died when her charter plane went down over the weekend. I must say that it was a tremdous loss. She was only 22 years old. She was shooting a video to go with her new album. She was also gonna star in the sequel to the Matrix. Now the crash is being investigated. Read more here.

Has it been that long?

The first week of classes is always hectic for me. Just getting stuff in order, getting my books, and just getting settled in. Unfortunately, posting to Mr. P'body's Place has not been the biggest priority. I think once I get into the girth of the semester, I will probably settle into a posting schedule. I have been real busy the last couple of days. I have been especially busy cause I am gonna be leaving this weekend for Syracuse. I still haven't figured out why in the hell our football team is playing them. I really think that it is gonna be a raping. I am sure you have seen this picture before. I think it has been circulating the net for a while now. I wonder how Michael Jackson likes it. You know he has probably seen it by now. I mean my dad sent me this picture even though I have seen it on numerous other sites until now. Michael Jackson has really gone through a major transformation throughout his career. I used to listen to the MJ when I was younger. I actually have the Triller LP. For those of you out there who have no idea what I just said, it is like a giant CD. Anyways, this semester is gonna be a fun one. I already don't have much time to work on stuff, and of course it will only get worse as the term progresses. This is a crappy update, I will come back soon with something of more substance. I want a new computer. Right now I am typing this update and the characters are adding on about one every second. My computer has reached its life expectancy, so I think it time to send this one to computer retirement home. Basically, that is my parent's house. Right now they have a 133MHz computer running Win95. Oh well more at a later date, keep checking back and vote for me a bit.

Why do I do this to myself every year?

For over 10,000 students on campus, school started for fall. Fall is a wonderful time for class. Everyone is coming back from getting a nice tan, they have stories from when they traveled, and most are just glad to back among friends. It also the start of football season. I like to watch college football sometimes, but I never keep up with the stats. I think this will be my final year. It will be nice to get out, but I will be heading right back for grad school. I think I might go and travel in some foreign countries first though. I don't really want to go from one school to the next without a little break between them. I think I might head to some countries other than England and Ireland. They were great when I went, but I think would like to experience other cultures. I think I might want to go to France and Germany. Of course, I can only speak limited German, I would have to take my girlfriend because she can speak some French. Speaking of my girlfriend, she finally has a new video card. CompUSA couldn't even figure out what kind of card it was, and they built the machine three years ago. So much for tech support after the warranty period.

Band Camp: Day #5

I am 58.2% band/corps pure. That is really not so great, but it not bad either. Of course some of those questions on that purity test were milder than other tests. I have taken another test which asks question like, "Have you ever performed fellatio on your mouthpiece?" or Have you ever had sex in your uniform?" I took that test a long time ago, and I think I scored pretty low on that one. Today was the last day of band camp. It was blazing outside, and it didn't help that I had a couple drinks the night before. However, tonight is the big night. Tonight is traditions night for the band. This is were we tell the long history of the band, sing songs, and have really old alumni tell us how they had to march in the snow, uphill both ways, and they didn't even have shoes either. Old people are funny. It is gonna be a great night. I think I might drink a lot. Gonna be walking to this party. But of course, the off campus party will be starting later than usual. If you are in the area, and you know where the crater is then you can come and enjoy. But most likely you don't. Now I need to get ready for tonight.

Band Camp: Day #4

Today, I got to sleep in. It was nice not having to wake up early in the morning for basics drill. Of course my feet still hurt a little. Actually is my entire legs that hurt. It was like I haven't used them the entire summer. Oh well. I will survive. It is Friday dammitt, and of course that means it is the weekend. That also means that parties are starting. I feel like drinking a lot this weekend. Which also means more walking and less driving. I might have a beer and then drive, but I won't even drive while intoxicated. I have driven once when I didn't feel I was up to par, but I made it back home safe and I did less than the speed limit. But last night, I was quite sober and very much going over the speed limit. (I love my new muffler and intake) Last night was Dwarfing for the band. It is a band tradition that reaches back to when Dwarf house was built. I must say that Dwarfing was very much delicious and different. Let me take this time to tell you how cool my RAT is.

My RAT is so cool that I felt it neccessary to tell everyone in the whole world how cool she is. As lots of random people enter my site most likely looking for porn, they are gonna be forced to learn how cool my RAT is. My RAT is totally sassy. I mean she is really saucy. She marches right next to me and corrects me all the time. I give her a little hell for being a little saucy, and then she does it again. It is so fun to bug each other constantly, it make practice go much faster. My RAT is so cool that she finished her plate at Dwarfing. She spoted a "lady of the night". My RAT is so cool, I really feel she is the Best Damn RAT.

Band Camp: Day #2

So it is the second day of band camp, and no it's nothing like what you see in American Pie 2. Of course I can only speculate, because I haven't seen the movie yet. But from what all my friends tell me, it might be even funnier than the first movie. But back to the point. Band camp is not the best thing to do the week before classes start. We stand outside in the blazing heat, we stave ourselves of water throughout the day, and then play instruments at the same time. That is one of the main reasons that a good majority of band people are sexual freaks. Of course not everyone in band is sick and preverted, but there is a majority of people like that. I happen to be one of those few. I am sure you figured that out by now. It is really crazy what we do to perform a silly show during half-time that hardly anyone listens too. And we try and make standing in the sun more fun than it really is. Band camp is really fun though, and before American Pie came out I actually knew a few people who actually used the phrase, "This one time at band camp." It was actually really funny when I heard the phrase in the movie. Of course, I never actually saw the movie in the theaters. I believe I had a bootleg copy of it a whole month before hit the theaters. Well on to some other stuff that has a little bit more substance.

On with the news...
Tampa Sheriff's Office warning there are hundreds of sharks off Anclote Key. Forget the damn apes from that summer blockbuster movie. Sharks are gonna take over the whole world. Right now I would like to pledge my allegiance to the future shark overlords. Read more here.

Prez Restocks His Kitchen Cabinet. Why the hell does Dubya want a salad bar in the White House? "Only two things come from Texas, Steers and Queers... and you don't look like you have horns." Read more here.

Moving Day

Today was moving day for me. That means, I packed up my life in a manner of days, moved all of it over a block down the street to another dorm, and then proceed to the unpack it all again for another year. The room isn't much better than before, and it is not worse either. This is where I lived for the summer, and this is where I living for the next year. My old room was much bigger, but this room is much closer to campus and also closer to my girlfriend. So I think overall it is better. I am closer to all of my friends as well.

I really do need to finish unpacking, so that I can go out tonight. Maybe catch a movie and some good food before settling down for cafeteria food. But before I go, just got to tell you about what I added to the truck. I now have a Flowmaster Delta-Flow 50 Series and a K&N Generation II FIPK in the truck now. I figure I added about 20 horsepower all together. So now I am sitting around 215 horsepower with everything I have done. It is mad crazy. Go and vote for me some. And whomever keeps contacting me via the tag board that is related to me, please just email me.

blah (take #2)

Another day, still the same troubles. My girlfriend's computer problems still exists. Her computer was made to order by CompUSA and had a lot of good components. The bad thing is that I guess CompUSA likes to keep you on a short leash. So I was able to find out what the brand name of the sound card was by looking at the card itself. That was a small victory. But her desktop right now can only see in 16 colors. Which is stupid because I figured out she had at least a 8mb video card, but still the damn thing had no brand name on the thing. So I gave her a cute desktop picture for time being and thought about options. I finally broke down and brought the video card to CompUSA this morning. I feel a little like a failure, but I had ran out of options. What are you suppose to do when Windows doesn't recognize the card and there is nothing on the computer or the card telling what the hell it is? So right now I am waiting a call from the "tech guys" saying they have found the damn drivers for the mysterious no-name card. It is first come, first serve so I am guessing it is not going to be ready today. I know Hakeber will be disappointed. We have been working constantly to try and get her computer back up and running to the what it was originally. Things are gonna be crazy for just a few more days.
